Ciao, Chipotle! Big burrito chain opening downtown

Craving chips and salsa? A burrito the size of a watermelon?

Mexican chain Chipotle has its sights set on downtown Seattle, and is planning to open a new location in early December.

A Chipotle rep didn't have much info, and would only say that a location on 4th Avenue should open early next month.

We're hearing rumblings that it will be near 4th and Pike.

The restaurant currently has locations in Northgate, the U District, Bellevue, Tukwila, and more. This will be their first shop downtown.
