New chef joins ART Restaurant | Restaurants

There's a new chef in town.

Jelle Vandenbroucke has been hired at ART Restaurant. Executive chef Kerry Sear will continue to oversee the restaurant, special events, weddings and in-room dining.

"I'm really looking forward to working alongside Kerry and getting to know all the local foragers and producers to put my own stamp on the menu," Vandenbroucke said in a press release.

Vandenbroucke - who's worked at Michelin-star rated restaurants all over the world - has already added a number of new items, including sunchoke bisque with a goat cheese spring roll and chive puree, pork cheeks with coffee powder and three-way Belgian endive. Yum!
